The plant is really beautiful, very healthy, and completely pest-free. I’m very impressed with the way you packaged the plant to protect it from any damage.
I just have one comment: the plant tends to be quite small, with only one or two small branches. I hope its size could be larger, with more and bigger leaves.
However, overall, you are a very professional company. This is not my first time dealing with you, and it definitely won’t be the last. Almost all the indoor plants in my home are from your store!

Ist I got my 2 Christmas Cactus but I was not fully satisfied of their size
2nd I mentioned my dissatisfaction to Kaaynuna
3rd Kaynuna replaced the 2 Cactus with 2 great ones after 3 days only.
