Lucky Bamboo is the plant people give when they want to wish someone well. She grows straight up, stays green all year, and lives happily in a vase of water. No soil, no fuss.
Comes in packs of 3, 5 or 10 sticks, about 80 cm tall. The bigger the pack, the less you pay per stick.
What the number of sticks means (according to feng shui):
3 sticks: happiness, wealth and a long life
5 sticks: wealth and good fortune
10 sticks: everything feels complete
Care: Give her a bright spot away from harsh direct sun. Keep the roots covered with water and change it once a week. Tap water left out overnight works great.
Good to know: Lucky Bamboo isn't actually bamboo. She's a dracaena, a cousin of the Madagascar Dragon Tree. Keep her away from curious pets.
