• make sure plants are healthy, clean, and ready to meet their new owner

• verify order details match exactly what the customer asked for

• communicate missing items or issues to the team immediately
• help maintain a clean, organized packing and inspection area

• speak with plant and product suppliers daily to track stock levels
• make sure what we're selling online matches what's actually available
• flag out-of-stock items so we can pause them before they're a problem
• stay on top of new plants and products coming into the market
• manage restocking for ceramics, packaging, stickers, fertilizer, and other supplies
• inspect incoming ceramic pots for quality (no scratches, chips, or color issues)
• place orders at the right time so we're never caught short
