Open roles:
Content creator / videographer
This is not a sit-behind-a-screen job. You'll be on camera, behind the camera, and everywhere in between, shooting footage, coming up with ideas, jumping on trends, and editing content that actually performs on TikTok and Instagram.
You know what's working right now. You have opinions about why some videos blow up and others don't. You're comfortable being the face of content when needed and you edit fast without losing quality.
We're a small, growing startup and we move quickly. If you like the idea of having real creative ownership, not just executing someone else's brief, this is for you.

Full time | HybridCustomer service
You'll be the main point of contact for our customers before, during, and after their order. That means answering questions, handling complaints, sorting out delivery issues, and making sure people feel taken care of at every step.
This is not a scripted, copy-paste job. We want someone who actually enjoys talking to people and solving problems, someone who takes ownership of an issue until it's resolved, not just until it's replied to.
You're comfortable using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to work faster and smarter, drafting responses, looking things up, finding solutions. You don't need to be a tech person, but you should be curious and open to using the tools available to you.
You write well in both Arabic and English, you stay calm under pressure, and you care about getting it right.

Operations & fulfillment
You'll help keep our day-to-day running smoothly, coordinating orders, managing stock, and making sure plants get to customers in good shape. Organized, Detail-oriented and reliable are the most important things here.

Accountant
We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand and the numbers move fast with us. Daily orders, supplier payments, delivery costs, payroll, and everything in between. We need someone who can take full ownership of the financial side so the rest of the team isn't second-guessing the books.
Your day-to-day will be keeping our records clean and up to date, tracking income and expenses, reconciling accounts, managing invoices, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll work closely with the founders and have full visibility into how the business runs financially.
This is a small team, which means your work actually matters and you'll see the impact directly. If you're someone who takes pride in having clean, accurate books and wants to grow with a brand that's going somewhere, this is the right place.
Experience with e-commerce or small businesses is a plus. Knowing your way around accounting software is a must.
