Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Experience Executive to oversee daily deliveries, stock, and customer interactions. This is such an important role for us, we're invested in finding the right person. We're still a young company so expect changes to the role, one thing is certain you will not be bored here. 

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Operations:

  1. Plan and manage weekly delivery routes, assigning areas to specific days to maximize efficiency.
  2. Coordinate procurement of plants twice a week by collecting internal stock needs and communicating with suppliers to prepare orders.
  3. Track stock levels of ceramic, clay, and plastic pots, ensuring timely restocking and placing purchase orders in advance.
  4. Maintain daily records of business revenue and expenses in pre-formatted accounting sheets.
  5. Monitor and update plant and pot stock levels regularly to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Customer Support & Retention:

  1. Call customers after delivery to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  2. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, aiming for timely resolution.
  3. Follow up on abandoned checkouts and product enquiries through calls or messages to support conversion.

Qualifications:

  1. You love working with startups! You'll need to have good time management skills and be organized to be able to get through the tasks.
  2. You like to learn about routing and whats the most organized way for us to deliver quickly and deliver great plants as well!
  3. You're able to communicate well in English and Arabic both written and spoken
  4. Proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry (e.g., Google Sheets or Excel).
  5. Finally, you understand that our plants parents being happy is a priority for us at Kaynuna.
