Watering:

Ruby Peperomia is native to Ecuador. Unlike many other peperomias, which are epiphytes, it grows terrestrially on the ground in dry areas of the Andes Mountains.
The genus name “Peperomia” means “like pepper,” as these plants resemble the black pepper plant and are commonly kept as houseplants.
