This one turns heads. The Painted Lady has leaves painted in pink, cream, and deep green with a burgundy underside — and it did all of that on its own. No filters needed.
It likes bright indirect light, consistent moisture, and decent humidity. It's not the easiest plant on the shelf, but it's not impossible either. Mist it every couple of days, keep it away from direct sun and cold drafts, and it'll reward you with leaves that look different from every angle.
Your options:
- Standard pot — comes repotted in fresh soil, ready to go. You water it when the top 2 cm feel dry.
- Self-watering pot — same plant, smarter setup. Fill the reservoir every 1–2 weeks and let the plant handle the rest. Ideal if you travel, forget to water, or just want one less thing to think about.
