Bright pops of color on a plant that doesn’t ask for much.
Florist Kalanchoe comes in pinks, reds, yellows, and more — compact, cheerful, and long-blooming.

She loves a sunny windowsill, needs very little water, and rewards you with clusters of flowers that last for weeks.
When the blooms fade, trim them back — and with the right light, she’ll surprise you with more.

We've been growing houseplants for the past 5 years and we understand what you need to keep your plants alive. If you want to know how we make sure you're getting the best quality plants in Cairo, Discover how we ensure your plant thrives from farm to forever.

Care Instructions

Light:
Best in bright, indirect light — even some direct morning sun.

Watering:
Let the soil dry out between waterings (like a succulent, she stores water in its leaves).
Water less in winter.

Note: always empty the plate after watering to keep her roots happy and healthy.

General Facts

Kalanchoe flowers can last up to 8 weeks, making them one of the longest-lasting flowering houseplants.

Scientific Name

Kalanchoe Blossfeldiana

Preferred Spot

Indoors:
Place the Kalanchoe in a location with plenty of bright, indirect sunlight. A south-facing window is ideal, as it can provide the necessary light without exposing the plant to direct, intense sunlight. Make sure it's not placed near drafts or cold windows during winter.

Outdoors:
If you're considering placing the Kalanchoe outdoors, choose a spot with partial shade, especially in regions with hot, direct sunlight. Morning sunlight is preferable, as it is less intense. Protect the plant from strong winds and heavy rainfall, as excess moisture can be detrimental to its growth.
